    …Apple has award winning tech support, and i used i once to fix an iTunes problem. My problem was solved quickly and politely, unlike with microsoft tech support (Hello, theese eese Mahtma Gupta with microsoft tech sueport, please hold)

    It's funny that this is on here, seeing only a none technical person one think this is a oxymoron. The reality is that companies will put any abled body infront of a computer and tell them to answer the phone and read from the script. This topic should be “Computer tech support” becuase they all do it.

    This is retarted. Apple has awesome tech support, and rarely has a tech failure anyway. Try microsoft tech support. (im not a mac. Used to be a pc but i figured out linux is better)
