Unfair. Apple consistently ranks as the best support provider in Consumer Reports surveys/tests. This does not belong on your (otherwise really cool) list.

The reality is that companies will put any abled body infront of a computer and tell them to answer the phone and read from the script. This topic should be “Computer tech support” becuase they all do it.

This is retarted. Apple has awesome tech support, and rarely has a tech failure anyway. Try microsoft tech support. (im not a mac. Used to be a pc but i figured out linux is better)
