    I dont understand this one either. Is it in a humorous or relationship kind of way way? Like Civil – “Lets just be civil around each other” and Engineer – “Lets try and make things work between us”Is that the reason?

    That’s  my career dream.  The only oxymoronic insight is that “civil” may refer to the general public, while “engineers” tend to be brainy.
