i.e. the opposite of reading something thoroughly.

In a family with children the mother can be either employed in a job or a mother. I don’t believe that she can be both. However, in this modern day and age, in the 21st century, if the mother wants to return to work then we could have a “Working Father”, but in “traditional” terms, the oxymoron would be the phrase “Working Mother” – either Working or a Mother but not both.
