    This is not an oxymoron, because as an atheist, you have to have “faith” in the non-existence of god, because no one has proved the non-existence of god. 

    Devout agnostic would be an oxymoron.

     Completely untrue. To have “faith” is to hold that faith despite the evidence and in disregard to logic and reason. Atheists would be willing to change their “faith” if shown indisputable evidence of god. Since that can not happen…atheism is a logical conclusion.
